Las siguientes condiciones de reserva establecen tus términos y condiciones del contrato con Andorra Travel Service (“nosotros” y “nuestro”). Por favor, léelos cuidadosamente ya que rigen la relación entre nosotros. Tu contrato estará sujeto a la ley inglesa y cualquier disputa se resolverá en los tribunales de Inglaterra. Si vives en Gales, Escocia o Irlanda del Norte, los tribunales de Gales, Escocia o Irlanda del Norte (según corresponda) pueden resolver cualquier disputa.

Tu reserva de vacaciones

Por favor, habla con nosotros sobre tu elección de resort, alojamiento y transporte antes de reservar, para asegurarte de que sea el adecuado para ti y las personas con las que viajarás. Si tú o algún miembro de tu grupo tiene algún problema médico o discapacidad que pueda afectar a las vacaciones de esa persona, infórmanos antes de confirmar tu reserva para que podamos asesorarte sobre la idoneidad de las vacaciones elegidas. En cualquier caso, debes darnos todos los detalles por escrito en el momento de la reserva. Si nos vemos incapaces de acomodaros adecuadamente a las necesidades particulares de la persona en cuestión, nos reservamos el derecho de rechazar tu reserva.

Si reservas en nombre de un grupo, asegúrate de contar con el consentimiento de todos los miembros antes de hacer una reserva, y de que todos los miembros del grupo hayan leído y estén de acuerdo con estos términos y condiciones. La persona que firma el formulario de reserva o completa la reserva en línea o por teléfono figurará como el “nombre principal” a efectos de la reserva de las vacaciones. El nombre principal debe tener 18 años o más en el momento de la reserva. El nombre principal es responsable del pago del precio total de la reserva, que puede incluir cualquier cargo posterior de cancelación o modificación a ser desembolsado. El nombre principal debe confirmar que todos los demás miembros del grupo aceptan estos términos y condiciones y proporcionar información precisa y completa al hacer la reserva, incluidos los cambios posteriores.

En caso de que se agreguen miembros adicionales del grupo en una fecha posterior, sigue siendo responsabilidad del nombre principal asegurarse de que dichos miembros acepten estar sujetos a estos términos y condiciones y reciban toda la información relevante relacionada con la reserva.
Una vez que hayas pagado el depósito, se te cobrará el monto total adeudado del saldo restante sujeto al cronograma de pagos. La falta de pago del saldo puede ocasionar la pérdida de tus vacaciones.

Si no vas a pagar el importe total, debes notificarlo por escrito a Andorra Travel Service, o si deseas cancelar y retirar las vacaciones, también deberás hacerlo. Consulta la sección de cancelación para conocer los cargos. Ten en cuenta que cualquier reserva y contrato de servicios no se confirmará hasta que el pago se haya realizado en su totalidad. Si no pagas la cantidad requerida en la fecha de vencimiento del saldo adeudado, o no la has pagado por completo antes de la fecha del pago final, y no nos has informado de una cancelación, estarás sujeto a un cargo por pago tardío automático de 50£ por persona. Por favor, revisa los detalles de cualquier documentación nuestra que recibas y contáctanos inmediatamente en caso de errores o discrepancias.

Peticiones especiales

Aunque intentaremos conseguir todas las peticiones razonables al proveedor relevante, lamentamos no poder prometerte que éstas vayan a cumplirse a menos que te lo hayamos confirmado específicamente por escrito. La confirmación de que hemos tomado nota o transmitido una solicitud especial al proveedor, o la inclusión de ésta en tu confirmación o cualquier otra documentación no confirma que la solicitud vaya a cumplirse. Todas las solicitudes especiales están sujetas a disponibilidad.

Seguro

Consideramos que un seguro de viaje adecuado es esencial. Lee detenidamente su política y llévala contigo de vacaciones. Es tu responsabilidad asegurarte de que la cobertura del seguro que compras sea la indicada y adecuada para tus necesidades particulares. Para aquellos que tengan la intención de participar en deportes y deportes acuáticos durante las vacaciones, es su responsabilidad asegurarse de obtener la cobertura de seguro correspondiente.

 

Impuesto local

Algunos alojamientos requieren que el huésped pague el impuesto local de la ciudad a su llegada. Éste solo se incluirá en el precio de ciertos alojamientos. Como tal, es posible que debas pagar impuestos locales o impuestos municipales a tu llegada en el complejo.

Fianza

Algunos alojamientos requieren que el huésped pague un depósito por daños a la llegada. Éste debe pagarse cuando el huésped se registra en el alojamiento y devuelve cuando el huésped se retira, siempre y cuando no haya daños en la propiedad. Esto dependerá de la discrepancia de los proveedores del alojamiento. Si deseas consultar por qué se te cobró, la responsabilidad de esto recae en el proveedor del alojamiento; sin embargo, haremos nuestro mejor esfuerzo para ayudarte a ponerte en contacto con ellos y ayudarte a mediar cuando sea posible.

Cambios en el alojamiento

Si por algún motivo no podemos proporcionarte el alojamiento elegido en el momento de la reserva, buscaremos un alojamiento de reemplazo que se considere igual o equivalente. No te reembolsaremos ningún cambio de alojamiento a menos que te trasladen a un alojamiento de un nivel que se considere inferior.

Cambios de nombre en los vuelos

Por favor, ten en cuenta que el cargo de cambio de nombre de la aerolínea está completamente fuera de nuestro control. Por favor, lee los siguientes términos y condiciones de la aerolínea que se muestra en tu reserva:

Extras de vuelo

No nos hacemos responsables de ningún cargo adicional relacionado con las reservas de vuelos. Es tu responsabilidad registrarte en línea antes del vuelo, asegurarte de tener reservado el equipaje adecuado y cumplir con todas las demás restricciones de la aerolínea.

 

Cambios en el precio

Los cambios en los costes de transporte, incluido el coste del combustible, impuestos, tasas o cargos por servicios tales como impuestos de aterrizaje o tarifas de embarque o desembarque en puertos y aeropuertos y tasas de cambio implican que el precio de tus vacaciones puede cambiar tras haber sido reservado. No obstante, no habrá cambios dentro de los 30 días de tu partida.

En caso de que estas variaciones de precios sean a la baja, el precio de tus vacaciones se reducirá y se te abonará el reembolso. Si las variaciones de precio implican que el coste de tus vacaciones aumenta, absorberemos (y, por lo tanto, no se te cobrará) ningún aumento de hasta el 2% del precio de tus vacaciones. Solo deberás pagar el monto que exceda el 2% del precio de tu viaje.

 

Cancelación

Por tu parte: Si decides cancelar las vacaciones y/o cancelar cualquier actividad planificada según tu criterio, tendremos derecho a retener la mayor parte del depósito u otro pago que sea necesario para cubrir nuestros costes y pérdidas razonables causados por tu retiro. Si el saldo del precio de las vacaciones no se recibe en la fecha de vencimiento, nos reservamos el derecho de cancelar la reserva y retener tu depósito, más cualquier cargo detallado a continuación.

Vuelos y Extras de vuelo – no son reembolsables, desde el momento de la compra

Si cancelas, se te pedirá que pagues el coste total del vuelo más los extras de vuelo, como por ejemplo el equipaje. Esto solo es relevante para el paquete de vuelo incluido.

La siguiente tabla es para el precio del paquete inicial sin extras, vuelo o extras de vuelo.

El coste combinado de la cancelación será la suma de lo anterior, más el coste del vuelo, más los extras de vuelo. Junto con esto, otros extras que hayan sido reservados no serán transferibles.

Ten en cuenta que cualquier depósito pagado puede contribuir a esto. La falta de pago de este cargo dará lugar a una acción legal.

Por nosotros: nos reservamos el derecho de cancelar tus vacaciones bajo cualquier circunstancia. Si no podemos proporcionarte las vacaciones reservadas, podrás recibir un reembolso de todas las sumas pagadas o aceptar una oferta con un acuerdo de viaje alternativo y de un precio muy similar (si se encuentra disponible) o una opción de acuerdo de un viaje específico inferior al de las vacaciones reservadas junto con un reembolso de la diferencia de precio.?

Compensación

Tienes derecho, en tu caso, a ser compensado por nosotros debido al incumplimiento de nuestro contrato contigo (es decir, si cancelamos o realizamos un cambio significativo en tu reserva), excepto cuando: el paquete se cancela porque el número de personas que acordó tomarlo es menor que el número mínimo requerido, y se te informa de la cancelación por escrito dentro del período indicado en la descripción del paquete; o el paquete se cancela debido a circunstancias inusuales e imprevisibles que escapan a nuestro control, cuyas consecuencias no se podrían haber evitado si se hubiera prestado la debida atención a un elemento del paquete que haya sido cancelado por una empresa externa. Esto incluye los festivales o eventos que componen el paquete. Si se han cancelado los eventos realizados por terceros, por ejemplo, el ticket de un festival o el ticket de actividad, y no podemos encontrar alternativas adecuadas, se te reembolsará el coste del festival o ticket de actividad al precio en que los compramos. No somos responsables de la cancelación de ningún evento que componga el paquete. No se te reembolsará la totalidad de tu reserva en esta situación.

Cancelación de trayectos

Si el operador canceló tu trayecto planificado y no podemos encontrarte un reemplazo adecuado, se te reembolsará ese elemento del paquete. Esto será con un tope máximo de 38€ por trayecto.
En el caso de conexiones de trayecto perdidas causadas por retrasos en los vuelos, Andorra Travel Service te pondrá en contacto con el siguiente servicio de trayectos disponible del tipo que hayas seleccionado.

Andorra Travel Service no se hará responsable de los servicios perdidos, tales como las horas de esquí perdidas, causadas por tales retrasos.

Situaciones fuera del control de las partes

Si un evento imprevisto que no podría haberse evitado si se hubiera ejercido todo el cuidado necesario impide el desarrollo del viaje en gran medida, lo pone en peligro o interfiere con él, entonces cualquiera de las partes puede rescindir el contrato.
Cuando Andorra Travel Service sea la parte afectada por dicho evento, Andorra Travel Service proporcionará a los clientes asistencia inmediata y tomará las medidas necesarias para que los clientes vuelvan al lugar en el que comenzó su paquete. Cualquier gasto adicional será cubierto por Andorra Travel Service.
Cuando los clientes sean la parte afectada por tal evento, Andorra Travel Service no estará obligada a devolverles ninguna suma por servicios que aún no se hayan realizado.

Los clientes también serán responsables de pagar los costes adicionales asociados con el regreso al lugar desde el que comenzó su paquete.

 

Protección de pagos – reservas incluidas

Andorra Travel  Service se enorgullece de ser miembro de Protected Trust Services (PTS). PTS ofrece el más alto nivel de protección financiera en la compra de vacaciones. PTS proporciona una protección completa contra la quiebra, tanto de la compañía de viajes con la que se realiza la reserva, como la de los proveedores que utilizan. Esta protección cubre desde el momento en que se reservan las vacaciones hasta el momento en que se regresa.

Puedes disfrutar de las vacaciones reservadas a través de un cliente de PTS sabiendo que tienes una protección financiera del 100% y una total tranquilidad en todo momento.

Nuestra responsabilidad hacia ti

Te prometemos que tus gestiones de vacaciones serán realizadas, llevadas a cabo o provistas con buenas habilidades y cuidados. Esto significa que aceptaremos la responsabilidad si, por ejemplo, sufres una muerte o lesión personal o los servicios contratados no se te brindan según lo prometido o resultan deficientes como resultado de nuestro fallo, nuestros empleados, agentes o proveedores. Además, seremos responsables de lo que nuestros empleados, agentes y proveedores hagan o no hagan si actuaran en el transcurso del servicio o llevaran a cabo el trabajo que les pedimos que hicieran. Si nuestros proveedores han realizado o prestado sus servicios con habilidad y cuidado razonables o no, se determinará de acuerdo con las normas locales (es decir, las normas del país donde se han prestado o prestado los servicios) en lugar de las normas del Reino Unido. Es su responsabilidad demostrar que no se han utilizado las habilidades y cuidados razonables si desean presentar un reclamo contra nosotros.

 

No seremos responsables de ninguna lesión, enfermedad, muerte, pérdida (incluida la pérdida de diversión), daños, gastos, costes u otra suma o reclamo de ninguna descripción que sea el resultado de cualquiera de los siguientes actos y/o omisión(es) tuyas o de otro miembro de tu grupo; o el(los) acto(s) y/u omisión(es) de un tercero no relacionado con la provisión de tus vacaciones y que fueron imprevisibles o inevitables; o circunstancias inusuales e imprevisibles fuera de nuestro control, cuyas consecuencias no pudieron evitarse incluso si se hubiera ejercido toda la atención debida (incluidas, entre otras, las circunstancias descritas en la sección titulada “Fuerza mayor” a continuación); o un evento que nosotros o el proveedor de servicios, incluso con todo el cuidado debido, no pudimos prever o anticipar.

Limitamos la cantidad máxima a pagar por cualquier reclamo que se pueda hacer contra nosotros. El monto máximo que tendremos que pagarte cuando nos consideren responsables de la pérdida y/o daño de cualquier equipaje o pertenencias personales (incluido el dinero) es de 50£ por persona afectada a menos que se aplique una limitación menor a su reclamo según esta sección. Para todos los demás siniestros que no impliquen muerte o lesiones personales, el monto máximo que tendremos que pagar si somos declarados responsables en cualquier caso, es tres veces el precio (excluidas las primas de seguro y los cargos por modificación) pagados por o en nombre de la(s) persona(s) afectada(s) en total a menos que se aplique una limitación menor a tu reclamo. Esta cantidad máxima solo se pagará cuando todo haya salido mal y no hayas recibido ningún beneficio de tus vacaciones.

 

Si has tenido la desgracia de sufrir una enfermedad, lesión personal o muerte, por una desventura, durante tus vacaciones debido a una actividad que no forma parte de tus acuerdos de vacaciones contratados con nosotros, trataremos de ofrecerte ayuda, a nuestra razonable discreción, cuando sea posible y apropiado, por ejemplo: proporcionando nuestra asistencia general; pagar los costes legales iniciales en los que tomas acciones legales contra el tercero responsable de la lesión, enfermedad o muerte como resultado (siempre y cuando hayamos acordado pagarlos antes de incurrir en dichos costes y hayas solicitado nuestra ayuda dentro de los 28 días del accidente).

Toda asistencia (financiera o de otro tipo) está sujeta a un coste total máximo de 1.000€ por reserva. No proporcionaremos ayuda con los costes legales si ya están cubiertos bajo tu póliza de seguro de vacaciones o cualquier otra póliza de seguro con la que tengas derecho a contar. Además, si reclamas exitosamente estos costes contra un tercero, te pediremos que nos reembolses por cualquier coste que hayamos pagado o hasta la cantidad máxima de los costes que realmente recibas o que tienes derecho a recibir.

Salvo que se establezca expresamente lo contrario en estos términos y condiciones, cuando cualquier reclamo exitoso o parte de un reclamo (incluidos los relacionados con la muerte o las lesiones personales) se relacionan con cualquier acuerdo de viaje (incluido el proceso de subir o bajar del transporte en cuestión) proporcionado por cualquier transportista aéreo, marítimo, ferroviario, fluvial o terrestre o cualquier estancia en un alojamiento, la cantidad máxima de compensación que se te pagará será limitada. El máximo que nosotros, el transportista o proveedor de alojamiento (según corresponda) te pagaremos por ese reclamo o esa parte de un reclamo si nosotros, el transportista o el proveedor de alojamiento (según corresponda) somos declarados responsables en cualquier caso es el máximo pagadero de conformidad con el Convenio o el Reglamento internacional aplicable que se aplica a los acuerdos de viaje en cuestión en esta situación.

 

Podemos proporcionarte información (en nuestra página web, en nuestro folleto y/o cuando estés de vacaciones) sobre excursiones y actividades que están disponibles en el área que estás visitando. Si estas excursiones y actividades no se compran como parte integrante de tu paquete de vacaciones, no participaremos en estas excursiones o actividades que no son ejecutadas, supervisadas ni controladas de ninguna manera por nosotros. Éstas son proporcionadas por operadores locales u otros terceros totalmente independientes a nosotros y que no forman parte del equipo, incluso cuando sugerimos operadores/terceros en particular y/o te ayudamos a reservar tales excursiones o actividades en cualquier camino. Con excepción de lo establecido a continuación, no podemos aceptar ninguna responsabilidad sobre ninguna base en relación con tales excursiones o actividades y la aceptación de responsabilidad contenida en esta sección no se aplicará a ellas.

No podemos aceptar responsabilidad por el comportamiento de otros en tu alojamiento o vuelo, o por las instalaciones/servicios retirados como resultado de su acción.

Para evitar dudas, nada de lo estipulado en este acuerdo limitará o excluirá nuestra responsabilidad por muerte o daños personales que resulten de nuestra negligencia, por fraude o tergiversación fraudulenta o por cualquier otra responsabilidad cuya exclusión o limitación no esté permitida por la ley inglesa.

Tus obligaciones y responsabilidades

Ten en cuenta que puede haber algunos costes adicionales a pagar una vez en el complejo, además del precio cotizado de tus vacaciones. Al hacer el registro de entrada, los huéspedes deberán abonar un depósito por daños en el hotel o proporcionar los datos de su tarjeta para cubrir estos posibles daños que puedan ocasionarse durante la estancia. Esto les será devuelto si no se causa ningún daño.
Queremos que todos nuestros clientes disfruten de unas vacaciones agradables. Te pedimos que recuerdes, sin embargo, que tú eres responsable de tus acciones y el efecto que pueden tener en los demás. Si nosotros, u otra persona con autoridad, creemos: tus acciones podrían alterar, increpar o molestar a otros clientes, a nuestros proveedores o a nuestro propio personal, o ponerlos en cualquier riesgo o peligro, o dañar la propiedad; o no estás en condiciones de viajar; podemos evitar que continúes con dicha actividad y/o finalices tus vacaciones y rescindas tu contrato. Tú y tu grupo no podréis utilizar el alojamiento reservado, el transporte ni otros arreglos de viaje que formen parte de tu reserva. No seremos responsables de ningún reembolso, compensación o cualquier otro coste que tengas que pagar.

Ten en cuenta que tú eres responsable de tu seguridad y que tú eres el responsable de las condiciones de la propiedad que ocupas. No somos responsables de ningún accidente que ocurra en o alrededor de las piscinas debido a tu comportamiento inadecuado o irresponsable, o de cualquier accidente que ocurra en alguna parte de las propiedades debido a cualquier artículo o propiedad que hayas roto y/o dejado de alguna forma que haya podido ocasionar una lesión.

Os haremos a ti y a los miembros de tu grupo de forma conjunta e individual responsables por cualquier daño o pérdida causada durante el viaje como resultado de tus propias acciones o las acciones de un miembro de tu grupo (incluyendo, sin limitación, daños en el alojamiento, mobiliario, aparatos u otros materiales ubicados dentro del alojamiento y en cualquier vehículo), junto con los costes legales en que incurramos al presentar un reclamo. Es tu deber informar de cualquier rotura, defecto o daño a la persona adecuada de inmediato y pagar directamente al propietario o gerente del alojamiento u otro proveedor por cualquier pérdida o daño a la propiedad. Tú eres responsable de tus tiempos. Si no llegas al hotel, bar, club, fiesta en barco o autobús, tras la hora de salida, renuncias al derecho de ir a la excursión.

Si tu comportamiento o el comportamiento de cualquier miembro de tu grupo provoca que se desvíe cualquier método de transporte, nosotros y/o el transportista os consideraremos a ti y a los miembros de tu grupo solidariamente responsables por todos los costes incurridos como resultado de ese desvío. Proporcionando entradas para los eventos y no ofrecemos alcohol. Todas las leyes locales relacionadas con el consumo de alcohol deben obedecerse en todo momento, incluidas las restricciones de edad. Entendemos que puedes consumir alcohol durante las vacaciones. Sin embargo, debes hacerlo de manera responsable y nosotros no tendremos ninguna responsabilidad por cualquier lesión, pérdida o daño que sufras como resultado de que tu juicio se vea perjudicado total o parcialmente por el alcohol.

Debes estar en buen estado para acudir a los bares y clubes a los que vamos. Si no, no nos hacemos responsables si no se te concede la entrada. Bajo ninguna circunstancia se tolera el uso de drogas ilegales. Cualquiera que haya sido descubierto o posea sustancias ilegales en el país de acogida, ya no será parte del viaje. No debes fumar en la habitación del hotel, caravana o apartamento, y debes evitar cualquier manera que pueda causar un incendio.

 

Fuerza mayor

Salvo que se especifique lo contrario en estas condiciones de reserva, lamentamos no poder aceptar responsabilidad ni pagar ninguna compensación cuando el rendimiento o la pronta ejecución de nuestras obligaciones contractuales se vean afectadas por circunstancias de fuerza mayor. En estas condiciones de reserva, “Fuerza mayor” se refiere a cualquier evento que nosotros o el proveedor de los servicios en cuestión no pudiéramos prever o evitar, incluso con la debida diligencia. Tales eventos pueden incluir guerra o amenaza de guerra, disturbios, contiendas civiles, actividades terroristas, disputas industriales, desastres naturales o nucleares, condiciones climáticas adversas, incendios y eventos similares fuera de nuestro control.

 

Protección de datos

Al hacer una reserva con nosotros, aceptas que podemos usar y divulgar la información que nos proporcionas para los siguientes propósitos: para permitirnos procesar tu reserva (que incluirá pasar tu información a proveedores externos, tales como hoteleros y aerolíneas, que puede implicar enviar tu información a países que no tienen un nivel de legislación de privacidad igual a la del Reino Unido); para fines de investigación de mercado y análisis; para mejorar el servicio al cliente; para la detección y prevención del fraude u otro delito (que puede incluir proporcionar tu información a organizaciones tales como bancos y compañías de tarjetas de crédito); para el cumplimiento de los requisitos legales (que incluyen pasar tu información a las autoridades públicas, como aduanas e inmigración) y, cuando hayas dado tu consentimiento, para el contacto de marketing por correo postal o por teléfono para ofrecerte ofertas y detalles de los productos y servicios que ofrecemos. Las llamadas telefónicas hacia o desde nosotros pueden registrarse con fines de formación y calidad y/o con el propósito de prevenir y/o detectar delitos. Si has reservado con nosotros a través de nuestro sitio web, o si has elegido que nos comuniquemos contigo por correo electrónico, nos comunicaremos contigo mediante la dirección de correo electrónico que nos proporcionaste para entregarte la documentación de viaje. Tenemos derecho a suponer que la dirección de correo electrónico que nos has proporcionado es correcta y que comprendes y aceptas los riesgos asociados con el uso de esta forma de comunicación. Durante tus vacaciones, puedes ser filmado con fines promocionales o comerciales, al aceptar estos términos y condiciones, aceptas que se os fotografíe o grabe durante el viaje.

Quejas

Confiamos en que tendrás unas excelentes vacaciones. En el caso improbable de que tengas problemas durante tus vacaciones, notifícalo de inmediato al proveedor de servicios pertinente (por ejemplo, al hotelero, al gerente de eventos, etc.). The following booking conditions set out the terms and conditions of the contract between you and Andorra Travel Service (“we”, “us” and “our”). Please read these carefully as they govern the relationship between us. Your contract will be subject to English law and any disputes will be dealt with in the courts of England. If you live in Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland the courts of Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland (as appropriate) can deal with any disputes. We are all living in uncertain times, especially where travel is concerned. In Andorra, we are in close, constant contact with ski stations, hoteliers, transport companies and authorities to provide up to date information. Our booking, cancellation and refund policy has been made ultra-flexible to give you peace of mind when you book with Andorra Travel Service. A full refund guaranteed if you have to cancel your booking due to the following circumstances:
  1. You are unable to leave your country or reach Andorra due to Covid-19 government travel restrictions
  2. The ski resort is closed due to Covid-19
  3. You have contracted Covid-19 more than 14 days before your trip and are unable to travel (medical certificate required)

NO QUIBBLE FULL REFUND Book more than 8 weeks before your travel date and pay 5% deposit only Our NO QUIBBLE FULL REFUND allows you to cancel at any time, for any reason before your balance is paid at 8 weeks. You will receive a full refund of monies paid. You can change your booking dates, change your hotel, change your transfers, change your ski extras. There is no fee to change, just any difference in price at the time of changing. If you make your booking less than 8 weeks before you travel, we take full payment, but our conditions continue to give you extra flexibility and peace of mind . Cancellation 

If you wish to cancel your booking, we must receive and acknowledge this in writing before 5pm (Andorra Time) to calculate any fees.  

Terms and Conditions of Booking Your Holiday Booking Please discuss your choice of resort, accommodation and transport with us before you book, to make sure it will be suitable for you and the people you will be travelling with. If you or any member of your party has any medical problem or disability which may affect the holiday arrangements of that person, please tell us before you confirm your booking so we can advise as to the suitability of the chosen holiday. In any case, you must give us full details in writing at the time of the booking. If we feel unable to properly accommodate the particular needs of the person concerned, we reserve the right to decline their reservation. If you are booking on behalf of a group, please ensure that you have the consent of all members of the party before making a booking and that all members of your party have read and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. The person who signs the booking form or completes the booking online or by telephone will be the “lead name” for the purposes of the holiday booking. The lead name must be 18 years of age or over at the time of booking. The lead name is responsible for payment of the total booking price, which may include any subsequent cancellation or amendment charges that may be payable. The lead name must confirm that all the other members of the party agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and provide accurate and full information to the remainder of the group in relation to the booking, including any subsequent changes. Should any additional members of the group be added at a later date, it remains the responsibility of the lead name to ensure that any such members agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and are in receipt of all relevant information relating to the booking. Once you have paid your deposit you will be charged the full amount due of the remaining balance subject to the payment schedule. Failure to pay the balance may result in forfeiting your holiday If you do not wish to pay the balance payment you must notify Andorra Travel Service in writing, or if you wish to cancel and withdraw from the holiday this needs to be done also. See the cancellation section for charges. Please note that any booking and contract of services is not confirmed until payment is made in full. If you do not pay the required amount by the balance due payment date, or you have not paid in full by the final balance date, and have not informed us of a cancellation, you will be subject to an automatic late payment fee of £50 per person. Please check the details on any documentation which you receive from us and please contact us immediately in the event of any errors or discrepancies. Special Requests Although we will endeavour to pass any reasonable requests on to the relevant supplier, we regret we cannot promise that any requests will be complied with unless we have specifically confirmed this in writing. Confirmation that a special request has been noted or passed on to the supplier or the inclusion of the special request on your confirmation or any other documentation is not confirmed that the request will be met. All special requests are subject to availability. Insurance We consider adequate travel insurance to be essential. Please read your policy carefully and take it with you on holiday. It is your responsibility to ensure that the insurance cover you purchase is suitable and adequate for your particular needs. For those who intend to participate in sports, winter sports, water sports and any other activity whilst on holiday, it is your responsibility to ensure that you obtain the relevant insurance cover. Deposit’s Some accommodations require the guest to pay a damage deposit on arrival. This will need to be paid when the guest checks in to the accommodation and will be returned when the guest checks out as long there is no damage to the property. This will be down to the accommodations providers discrepancy. If you wish to query why you were charged the responsibility of this lies with the accommodation provider – however, we will do our best to assist you in contacting them and help to mediate when possible. Payment protection – inclusive bookings Andorra Travel Service is proud to be a member of Protected Travel Services (PTS). PTS offers the highest level of financial protection for your holiday arrangements. PTS provides you with complete protection against the failure of both the travel company you book with as well as the suppliers they use. This protection lasts from the point that you book your holiday through to the point when you return. You can enjoy every holiday booked through a PTS client knowing that you have 100% financial protection and full peace of mind at all times. For more information about our financial protection – Click here Changes to Accommodation If for any reason we are unable to supply the accommodation chosen at time of booking we will look to find you a replacement accommodation of standard deemed to be equal or equivalent. We will not refund you for any accommodation change unless you are moved to an accommodation of standard deemed to be lower. City Tax Some accommodations require the guest to pay local city tax on arrival. This will only be included in the price for certain accommodations. As such, you may be required to pay local taxes or city taxes on arrival to the resort Name changes for flights Please note that the airline name change fee is completely out of our control. Flight extras We are not responsible for any extra charges relevant to flight bookings. It is your responsibility to check in online before the flight, make sure you have adequate baggage booked and comply with all other airline restrictions. Changes in price Changes in transportation costs, including the cost of fuel, dues, taxes or fees chargeable for services such as landing taxes or embarkation or disembarkation fees at ports and airports and exchange rates mean that the price of your holiday may change after you have booked. However there will be no change within 30 days of your departure. Should these price variations be downward then the price of your holiday will be accordingly reduced and any refund due paid to you. If the price variations mean that the cost of your holiday goes up, we will absorb (and therefore you will not be charged for) any increases up to 5% of your holiday price. You will only have to pay the amount over and above the 5% of your holiday price. Cancellation By you: If you decide to cancel the holiday and/or withdraw from any planned activities at your option, we shall be entitled to retain as much of the deposit or other payment as is needed to cover our reasonable costs and losses caused by your withdrawal. If the balance of the price of the holiday is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and retain your deposit, plus any charges subject to the below schedule. Flights and Flight Extras – are non-refundable, from point of purchase. If you cancel, you will be required to pay the full cost of the flight plus flight extras, such as baggage. This is only relevant for flight inclusive package. The following schedule is for the initial package price without extras, flight or flight extras. Non – Refundable Accommodation Rates We offer certain accommodation on certain dates with a non refundable rate. The terms of the pre-paid non refundable accommodation bookings require full payment to be made at the time of booking. Payment will be processed and debited from the authorised credit card account. No refund will be offered for cancellations, no-shows and early departures. Changes or amendments to the reservation will be termed as cancellations and no refund will be offered. The combined cost of cancelling will be the sum of the above schedule plus the cost of flight plus flight extras. Alongside this, other extras booked are non transferrable. Please note that any deposit paid can contribute towards this. Failure to pay this charge will result in legal action. By us: We reserve the right to cancel your holiday in any circumstances. If we are unable to provide the booked holiday you can either have a refund of all monies paid or accept an offer of alternative travel arrangements of closely similar standard and price (if available) or a choice of specified travel arrangement of a lower standard to the holiday booked together with a refund of the difference in price.? Non Refundable accommodation rate bookings Non – Refundable Accommodation Rates We offer certain accommodation on certain dates with a non refundable rate option. The terms of the pre-paid non refundable accommodation bookings require full payment to be made at the time of booking. Payment will be processed and debited from the authorised credit card account. No refund will be offered for cancellations, no-shows and early departures. This includes any festivals or events that make up the package. If any events run by external parties have been cancelled, for example a festival ticket or activity ticket, and we are unable to find suitable alternatives, you will be refunded for the cost of the festival or activity ticket at the price we purchase them for. We are not liable for the cancellation of any events that make up the package. You will not be refunded for your entire booking in this situation. Transfer Cancellation If your planned transfer has been cancelled by the operator and we are unable to find a suitable replacement, you will be refunded for that element of the package. This will be a maximum of £38.00 each way. In the event of missed connecting transfers caused by flight delays or otherwise, Andorra Travel Service will place you on to the next available transfer service of the type you have selected. Andorra Travel Service will not be responsible for any missed services, such as foregone hours of skiing, caused by such delays. Events beyond the parties' reasonable control If an unforeseen event which could not have been avoided if all due care had been exercised impedes implementation of the trip to a major extent, endangers it or interferes with it, then either party can terminate the contract. Where Andorra Travel Service is the party affected by such an event, Andorra Travel Service will provide Customers with prompt assistance and take the necessary measures to bring Customers back to the place where their package started. Any additional costs will be covered by Andorra Travel Service. Where Customers are the party affected by such an event, Andorra Travel Service will not be obliged to refund them any sum for services which have not yet been performed. Customers will also be responsible for paying any additional costs associated with getting back to the place where their package began. Our liability to you We promise that your holiday arrangements will be made, performed or provided with reasonable skill and care. This means that we will accept responsibility if, for example, you suffer death or personal injury or your contracted arrangements are not provided as promised or prove deficient as a result of the failure of us, our employees, agents or suppliers to use reasonable skill and care in making, performing or providing your arrangements. Further, we will be responsible for what our employees, agents and suppliers do or do not do if they were at the time acting within the course of their employment or carrying out work we had asked them to do. Whether our suppliers have performed or provided their services with reasonable skill and care or not will be determined in accordance with local standards (i.e. the country’s standards where the services have been performed or provided) rather than UK standards. It is your responsibility to show that reasonable skill and care has not been used if you wish to make a claim against us. We will not be responsible for any injury, illness, death, loss (including loss of enjoyment), damage, expense, cost or other sum or claim of any description whatsoever which results from any of the following the act(s) and/or omission(s) of you or another member of your party; or the act(s) and/or omission(s) of a third party not connected with the provision of your holiday and which were unforeseeable or unavoidable; or unusual and unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control, the consequences of which could not have been avoided even if all due care had been exercised (including, without limitation, the circumstances outlined in the section entitled “Force Majeure” below); or an event which we or the supplier of services, even with all due care, could not foresee or forestall. We limit the maximum amount we may have to pay you for any claims you may make against us. The maximum amount we will have to pay you where we are found liable for loss of and/or damage to any luggage or personal possessions (including money) is £50 per person affected unless a lower limitation applies to your claim under this section. For all other claims which do not involve death or personal injury, the maximum amount we will have to pay you if we are found liable to you on any basis is three times the price (excluding insurance premiums and amendment charges) paid by or on behalf of the person(s) affected in total unless a lower limitation applies to your claim. This maximum amount will only be payable where everything has gone wrong and you have not received any benefit at all from your holiday. If you have had the misfortune to suffer illness, personal injury or death, through misadventure, during your holiday arising out of an activity which does not form part of your contracted holiday arrangements with us, we will, in our reasonable discretion, offer to help where possible and appropriate, by for example: providing our general assistance; paying your initial legal costs where you take legal action against the third party responsible for the injury, illness or death as a result (as long as we have agreed to pay them before you incur those costs and you have asked for our help within 28 days of the accident). All assistance (financial or otherwise) is subject to a maximum total cost to us of £1,000 per booking. We will not provide help with legal costs if you have legal expenses cover under your holiday insurance policy or any other insurance policy on which you are entitled to rely. Also, if you successfully claim for these costs against a third party, we will require you to reimburse us for any costs we have paid for or to you up to the maximum amount of the costs you actually receive or are entitled to receive. Except where otherwise expressly stated in these terms and conditions, where any successful claim or part of a claim (including those involving death or personal injury) concerns or is based on any travel arrangements (including the process of getting on or off the transport concerned) provided by any air, sea, rail, inland waterway or road carrier or any stay at an accommodation, the maximum amount of compensation paid to you will be limited. The maximum we, the carrier or accommodation provider (as applicable) will pay you for that claim or that part of a claim if we, the carrier or accommodation provider (as applicable) are found liable to you on any basis is the maximum which would be payable under the applicable International Convention or Regulation which applies to the travel arrangements in question in that situation. We may provide you with information (on our website, in our brochure and/or when you are on holiday) about excursions and activities which are available in the area you are visiting. If these excursions and activities are not purchased as a component part of your package holiday, we will have no involvement in these excursions or activities which are neither run, supervised nor controlled in any way by us. They are provided by local operators or other third parties who are entirely independent to us and do not form any part of your contract with us even where we suggest particular operators/other third parties and/or assist you in booking such excursions or activities in any way. Except as set out below, we cannot accept any liability on any basis in relation to such excursions or activities and the acceptance of liability contained in this section will not apply to them. We cannot accept liability for the behaviour of others in your accommodation or flight, or for any facilities/services withdrawn as a result of their action. For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in this agreement shall limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation or for any other liability the exclusion or limitation of which is not permitted by English law. Your responsibilities and liability Please be aware that there may be some additional costs payable once in the resort in addition to the quoted price of your holiday. On check in guests may be asked to pay a damage deposit to the hotel or provide card details as to cover any potential damages that may be caused during the stay. This will be returned if no damage is caused. We want all our customers to have an enjoyable holiday. We ask you remember, however, that you are responsible for your actions and the effect they may have on others. If we, or another person in authority, believe: your actions could distress, upset, annoy or disturb other customers, our suppliers or our own staff, or put them in any risk or danger, or damage property; or you are unfit to travel; we may prevent you from continuing in the relevant activity and/or end your holiday and terminate your contract. You and your party will be prevented from using your booked accommodation, transport, and any other travel arrangements forming part of your booking. We will not be liable for any refund, compensation or any other costs you have to pay. Please bear in mind that you are responsible for your safety, and that you are responsible for the condition of the property you occupy. We are not responsible for any accidents which occur in or around swimming pools due to your inappropriate or irresponsible behaviour, or for any accidents which occur anywhere on properties because of any items or property which you have broken and/or have left in a way in which injury can result. We will hold you and the members of your party jointly and individually liable for any damage or loss caused during the trip as a result of your own actions or the actions of a member of your party (including without limitation damage to the accommodation, furniture, apparatus or other materials located within the accommodation and to any vehicles), together with any legal costs we incur in pursuing a claim. It is your duty to report any breakages, defects or damage to an appropriate person immediately and to pay the accommodation owner or manager or other supplier directly for any loss or damage to property. You are responsible for your own timekeeping. If you do not arrive to the hotel, bar, club, boat party, or bus, by the departure time, you forego the right to go on the excursion. If your behaviour or the behaviour of any members of your party causes any transport aircraft to be diverted we and/or the carrier will hold you and those members of your party jointly and individually liable for all costs incurred as a result of that diversion. We are providing tickets to the events and do not supply alcohol. All local laws relating to the consumption of alcohol must at all times be obeyed, including any age restrictions. We appreciate that you may consume alcohol during the holiday. You must, however, do so responsibly and we will have no liability to you for any injury, loss or damage you suffer as a result of your judgment being impaired wholly or partly by alcohol. You must be in a fit state to enter the bars and clubs that we go to. If not, we are not responsible if you fail to be granted entry. Under no circumstances is the use of illegal drugs tolerated. Anyone found to have taken, or be possessing, substances which are illegal in the host country, will no longer be a part of the trip. You must not smoke in a hotel bedroom, caravan or apartment, or in any way that could cause a fire hazard. Force Majeure Except where otherwise specified in these booking conditions, we regret we cannot accept liability or pay any compensation where the performance or prompt performance of our contractual obligations is affected by reason of circumstances amounting to Force Majeure. In these booking conditions “Force Majeure” means any event which we or the supplier of the services in question could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid. Such events may include war or threat of war, riots, civil strife, terrorist activity, industrial dispute, natural or nuclear disaster, adverse weather conditions, fire and similar events beyond our control. Data Protection By making a booking with us, you agree we may use and disclose the information you provide for the following purposes: to enable us to process your booking (which will include passing your information to third party suppliers, such as hoteliers and airlines, and may involve sending your information to countries that do not have an equal level of privacy legislation to that in the UK); for market research and analysis purposes; for improving customer service; for the detection and prevention of fraud or other crime (which may include providing your information to organisations such as banks and credit card companies); for compliance with legal requirements (which will include passing your information to public authorities such as customs and immigration) and, where you have provided consent, for marketing contact by means of post or telephone to provide you with offers and details of the products and services we offer. During your holiday you may be filmed for promotional or commercial purposes, by agreeing to these terms and conditions you consent to being photographed or recorded whilst on your trip. Complaints We trust that you will have a great holiday. In the unlikely event that you encounter problems during your holiday, please notify the relevant service provider immediately (e.g. the hotelier, event manager, etc). If they cannot help, please speak to one of our reps or resort managers who will take reasonable steps to sort the problem out. If you are still not satisfied on your return home, you must write to us at Andorra Travel Service, El Feixa de Peretol, Plaça del Piol, Soldeu, Canillo, Andorra within 28 days of returning from your holiday to allow your complaint to be investigated properly. Please write your holiday reference number on your letter, and include your daytime and evening telephone numbers. You should ensure that you have given us the opportunity to resolve any problem locally by reporting it to the supplier or to our members of staff whilst in resort, otherwise we may not be able to deal positively with any complaint on your return.

Grandvalira & Vallnord Pal, Arinsal Pal will be closing slopes today 13:03:2020 for the remainder of the season.

If you have booked to travel or have services booked with Andorra Travel Service, we’ll be in contact with you shortly.

Andorran Official announcement

The Andorran ski resorts communicates that the ski resorts will close from 14th March in view of the need to increase precaution and avoid as maximum the risk of contagion of the COVID-19 coronavirus.

The ski resorts make the decision as a measure of responsibility to finalise the season with the wish to return to normality on the best delays. The health of our clients, workers and the general population is above all other circumstances.

We would like to thank you very much all the clients that have been sharing the season with us and we hope to welcome them again soon.
