In the summer season, the Family Park opens its doors from early July to mid-September, offering a wide range of activities and sports for all ages, with all the necessary safety guarantees to make sure you have an unforgettable stay. One of the most striking is the 550 m-long zip line, at 40 m high, with a speed of descent close to 80 km/h, a good dose of excitement and adrenaline is guaranteed.
The first level at Naturlandia (1600) is 8 km from the centre of Sant Julià de Lòria and accessed from Carretera de la Rabassa. If you don’t have a vehicle, you can also get to the park using the Quart Bus public transport service, which will drop you at level 1600 or at level 2000 of the park, located 8 km from the first level.
Andorra's Naturlandia park offers activities for all ages. The youngest members of the family will enjoy attractions such as pony rides, the tubby and minitubby toboggans, trampolines and bouncy castles. They can also try their hand at sports like archery as well as taking part in face-painting workshops, among other activities. Older children and family veterans can have a great time with activities such as Xtrem Jump, circuits on 4x4 buggies or guided hikes.
Located in the Pal sector of Vallnord – Pal Arinsal station, the Mountain Park of La Massana, is the ideal place for summer adventure activities.
Whether solo, in pairs, groups or in families, there is an experience for everyone. Options include skill challenges, sports circuits, motor trips, walks, idyllic locations and great cuisine in a unique environment. It’s full of possibilities and accessible to users of different ages and physical fitness and capabilities. Distributed between the Pla de la Caubella and the Coll de la Botella, activities are designed to motivate and engage young visitors with the experiences the mountain can offer, and to guarantee those who travel in groups, explore nature, or want to enjoy sporting experiences can do so easily and in comfort with services adapted to your needs.
Andorra la Vella is the highest capital city in Europe
Andorra La Vella is a must for all those shoppers. With reduced tax on items you are sure to find a bargain. Avinguda Meritxell is the longest shopping avenue in the Pyrenees, and is the backbone of the city. For many years Avinguda Meritxell has attracted a large number of tourists, due to its great variety of fashion articles, jewellery, perfumery and electronic goods of the most exclusive brands. Here also, you can find large shopping malls offering a great diversity of products, as well as hotels and restaurants.
There is a Tamarro in each Parish Andorra.
Maybe you've never heard of the Tamarros before, maybe you have. Whether you've heard of them or not, now you have the chance to discover them and give them a helping hand. Before you start looking for them, go to one of the tourist information offices in our network, where they’ll give you a Tamarro guide/passport. As you find them, you can mark them with the corresponding symbol. When you’ve found all seven Tamarros, take your book/passport to the nearest tourist information office and you’ll get a reward.

Located at the top of the Soldeu Gondola
The Golf Soldeu is characterised as the highest golf course in Europe, and you get to it by 8 seater cable car. This 9-hole golf course has a par of 33, a total length of 2,590 metres and covers an area of 16 hectares. The third hole is a par 4, where the difficulty comes from the slope of the course; the eighth is a par 5, and one of the most imposing holes on the course, with a length of 500 metres; and the ninth and final hole is a par 3.
Vallnord Bike Park is in the Pal sector of the Pal-Arinsal ski resort. This means you can reach the site using the cable car in La Massana, the nearest town. You can also get here by car via the CG-4 and CS-420 roads, as well as by the Serra and Cubil chair lifts; the Cubil lift will take you up to 2350 metres, the highest point of the Bike Park. Lastly, in summer you can also get here using the Arinsal cable car
The Vallnord Bike Park features 29 circuits with different characteristics for all levels, making it ideal for both beginners in the world of mountain biking and those looking to perfect their skills. Whatever the level, visitors can sign up to classes at the downhill school, run by local rider Soraya Drici. She and her team of trainers will be responsible for transmitting all their MTB experience and knowledge, while always observing the highest safety standards.

Engolasters Lake in Escaldes-Engordany
The Camí de les Pardines MTB route has a length of 3 kilometres and only a 10 metre difference in level, from Engolasters Lake in Escaldes-Engordany (alt. 1,620 m) to the Borda de les Pardines in Encamp (alt. 1.630 m). The route gives us panoramic views of the village of Encamp and there are several water points as well as tables for a stop. This MTB route is of low difficulty and the approximate time to cover the return trip is 1.30 hours. The route starts at Engolasters Lake (42° 30' 53",01° 33' 51") or at the Borda de les Pardines in Encamp (42° 31' 48",1° 35' 57").
There are three e-bike routes in La Massana
La Massana along with CM Experience bring cycle tourism to you, making it more enjoyable and fun. They propose e-bike circuits so that you can ace MTB trails and routes in just 4 turns of the pedals. Thanks to your leg work and the bike's electrical system, you can reach the most remote places, covering more kilometres in less time and above all with less effort. And more importantly, you will travel along mountain routes while fully respecting the environment!

Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your booking, we must receive and acknowledge this in writing before 5pm (Andorra Time) to calculate any fees.
Terms and Conditions of Booking Your Holiday Booking Please discuss your choice of resort, accommodation and transport with us before you book, to make sure it will be suitable for you and the people you will be travelling with. If you or any member of your party has any medical problem or disability which may affect the holiday arrangements of that person, please tell us before you confirm your booking so we can advise as to the suitability of the chosen holiday. In any case, you must give us full details in writing at the time of the booking. If we feel unable to properly accommodate the particular needs of the person concerned, we reserve the right to decline their reservation. If you are booking on behalf of a group, please ensure that you have the consent of all members of the party before making a booking and that all members of your party have read and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. The person who signs the booking form or completes the booking online or by telephone will be the “lead name” for the purposes of the holiday booking. The lead name must be 18 years of age or over at the time of booking. The lead name is responsible for payment of the total booking price, which may include any subsequent cancellation or amendment charges that may be payable. The lead name must confirm that all the other members of the party agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and provide accurate and full information to the remainder of the group in relation to the booking, including any subsequent changes. Should any additional members of the group be added at a later date, it remains the responsibility of the lead name to ensure that any such members agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and are in receipt of all relevant information relating to the booking. Once you have paid your deposit you will be charged the full amount due of the remaining balance subject to the payment schedule. Failure to pay the balance may result in forfeiting your holiday If you do not wish to pay the balance payment you must notify Andorra Travel Service in writing, or if you wish to cancel and withdraw from the holiday this needs to be done also. See the cancellation section for charges. Please note that any booking and contract of services is not confirmed until payment is made in full. If you do not pay the required amount by the balance due payment date, or you have not paid in full by the final balance date, and have not informed us of a cancellation, you will be subject to an automatic late payment fee of £50 per person. Please check the details on any documentation which you receive from us and please contact us immediately in the event of any errors or discrepancies. Special Requests Although we will endeavour to pass any reasonable requests on to the relevant supplier, we regret we cannot promise that any requests will be complied with unless we have specifically confirmed this in writing. Confirmation that a special request has been noted or passed on to the supplier or the inclusion of the special request on your confirmation or any other documentation is not confirmed that the request will be met. All special requests are subject to availability. Insurance We consider adequate travel insurance to be essential. Please read your policy carefully and take it with you on holiday. It is your responsibility to ensure that the insurance cover you purchase is suitable and adequate for your particular needs. For those who intend to participate in sports, winter sports, water sports and any other activity whilst on holiday, it is your responsibility to ensure that you obtain the relevant insurance cover. Deposit’s Some accommodations require the guest to pay a damage deposit on arrival. This will need to be paid when the guest checks in to the accommodation and will be returned when the guest checks out as long there is no damage to the property. This will be down to the accommodations providers discrepancy. If you wish to query why you were charged the responsibility of this lies with the accommodation provider – however, we will do our best to assist you in contacting them and help to mediate when possible. Payment protection – inclusive bookings Andorra Travel Service is proud to be a member of Protected Travel Services (PTS). PTS offers the highest level of financial protection for your holiday arrangements. PTS provides you with complete protection against the failure of both the travel company you book with as well as the suppliers they use. This protection lasts from the point that you book your holiday through to the point when you return. We will not refund you for any accommodation change unless you are moved to an accommodation of standard deemed to be lower. City Tax Some accommodations require the guest to pay local city tax on arrival. This will only be included in the price for certain accommodations. Changes in price Changes in transportation costs, including the cost of fuel, dues, taxes or fees chargeable for services such as landing taxes or embarkation or disembarkation fees at ports and airports and exchange rates mean that the price of your holiday may change after you have booked. However there will be no change within 30 days of your departure. Should these price variations be downward then the price of your holiday will be accordingly reduced and any refund due paid to you. If the price variations mean that the cost of your holiday goes up, we will absorb (and therefore you will not be charged for) any increases up to 5% of your holiday price. You will only have to pay the amount over and above the 5% of your holiday price. Cancellation By you: If you decide to cancel the holiday and/or withdraw from any planned activities at your option, we shall be entitled to retain as much of the deposit or other payment as is needed to cover our reasonable costs and losses caused by your withdrawal. If the balance of the price of the holiday is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and retain your deposit, plus any charges subject to the below schedule. Flights and Flight Extras – are non-refundable, from point of purchase. If you cancel, you will be required to pay the full cost of the flight plus flight extras, such as baggage. Andorran Official announcement
The Andorran ski resorts communicates that the ski resorts will close from 14th March in view of the need to increase precaution and avoid as maximum the risk of contagion of the COVID-19 coronavirus.
The ski resorts make the decision as a measure of responsibility to finalise the season with the wish to return to normality on the best delays. The health of our clients, workers and the general population is above all other circumstances.
We would like to thank you very much all the clients that have been sharing the season with us and we hope to welcome them again soon.
